A warranty for service will be issued upon receipt of application, We do not accept responsibility for damages incurred by the user due to misuse or improper use (fail to follow the instructions). Unauthorized repairs or tampering will void warranty.
Warranty Policy:
1. Massage Chair: Full service First year, Labor next 2 years.
2. Other Equipment: Full service 1 year.
